00:50 hrs on 6-29-2017, Roxana was notified of a single vehicle, roll-over accident on West Line Road, which is the boundary line between Delaware and Maryland. First arriving units discovered a SUV on its roof in the roadway in Maryland and, with a victim laying on the roadway in Delaware being attended to by a passerby and neighbors. The victim was transported from the scene, via Roxana ambulance, to a local hospital. Fire units arriving on the scene secured the vehicle and fire police remained on the scene until the towing service and Maryland police arrived on the scene.
