MVC with Entrapment Old Mill Bridge Road

Friday 19:26 hours.  Roxana Vol. Fire Co. was alerted for a vehicle accident on Old Mill Bridge Road with entrapment.  Upon arrival, units found a single vehicle overturned onto its roof.  Both the male and female occupants were entrapped.  Crews removed the passenger-side doors and the passenger-side B pillar to facilitate extrication.  Female had to be cut out of her restraints.  Trooper 2 responded and the female victim was transported to hospital via helicopter.  Fire police remained on the scene until the vehicle could be uprighted and hauled away.  Units on scene included Rescue 90, 90-1, 90-5 and A-90.  Units from Millville (Station 84) also responded to provide assistance.
