House Fire - Bayview Estates

On Friday, January 29th, at approximately 0230 hours the Roxana, Selbyville (88), & Bishopville (900) Volunteer Fire Companies were dispatched to a house fire with possible entrapment. Assistant Chief C. Magee responded to the scene and established command with a 1-story single family house with negative entrapment. Crews from Engine 90-4 & 90-5 pulled a 2-1/2 off of Engine 90-4 and knocked the fire while crews from Rescue 90 performed a search and confirmed no occupants. Crews operated for approximately 45 minutes and the situation was placed under control. Many thanks to all of our neighboring departments for their assistance.
