MVC Bayard Rd. near Wilgus Cemetery Rd.

Tuesday - 12:10 p.m..  Roxana (90) and Millville (84) were dispatched to a MVC with entrapment on Bayard Rd. near Wilgus Cemetery Rd.  Upon arrival, units found a Fiat vehicle off the road down into a deep ditch/stream bed, almost invisible from the roadway.  The operator and his dog were out of the vehicle.  The operator was transported by Ambulance 90 from the scene to Beebe Hospital.  The vehicle was secured and the scene was turned over to the DSP and fire police.  Fire Police remained on the scene until the towing company was able to winch the vehicle up out of the stream and tow it away.  Units cleared the scene at approximately 13:50.  Responding units included Rescue 90, Brush 90, a pumper from Millville, ambulance 90 and fire police vehicles.
