Structure fire - Kenwick on the Bay

On Monday, February 1st, at approximately 1200 hours the Roxana, Bethany Beach, & Ocean City Volunteer Fire Departments were alerted for a house fire. Engine 90-5 arrived on scene with a single family house fully involved. Engine 4 from Ocean City laid in from the hydrant to the arriving Tower 90. Deputy Chief S. Magee established command and sounded a second alarm, bringing Selbyville & Millville Volunteer Fire Companies to the scene. Crews operated for approximately an hour extinguishing the initial fire building and clearing both exposures before going under control. Many thanks to all of our neighboring departments for their assistance.
