Congratulations go out to Assistant Chief Mike Kaiser and his wife Jennifer, on the birth of their son, Avery Charles Kaiser on January 8th. He arrived at 13:33 hours, weighing 8 lbs., 11 oz, and was 22-1/2" long. Again, Congratulations!!!
