Candlelight Service for Brian Welch - Roxana Vol. Fire Co Headquarters

On Thursday November 12th 2009 at 1730 hrs., members of the Roxana Vol. Fire Co and some of Brian's family gathered to remember Brian. At this time we also had the last call for Brian, sounded since Thursday nights were Brian's on-call nights. At 1800 hrs which is when our on-call crews come on, Sussex EOC announced Brian's last call.
