Oct. 17, 09 @ 16:49 Roxana was dispatched to a MVA @ Pyle Center Rd & Daisey Rd. Lt. Mike Kaiser went on scene establishing command reporting 2 vehicles involved w/ 1 hitting a tree head on. 1 patient was transported. Units cleared @ 17:35. Units responding were R-90,90-1,TC90,C-90,& Med 105.
