The Roxana Vol. Fire Co. celebrated the Russell J. Shockley Building Dedication on June 16, 2009. We had a wonderful turnout from the Fire Department, Ladies Auxiliary, Family of Russell, Members from the Bethany-Fenwick Chamber of Commerce, and Representative Hocker. Thanks to everyone for the support of this wonderful day.
