Roxana Responds to Motor Vehicle Accident - Roxana Road and Peppers Corner Road

On Monday January 5, 2009 at 12:08 PM the Roxana Volunteer Fire Company and Sussex County Paramedics were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash on Roxana Rd. and Peppers Corner Rd. Sussex advised Eng. 90-4 and A-90 that there was 1 patient and also had entrapment. We were later advised that there was no entrapment but had a fuel leak on the pickup. The situation was placed under control at 12:30 PM with Medic A-90 transporting one patient to Beebe Medical Center. Roxana units were placed in service at 1:15 PM and the scene turned over to Delaware State Police.
