Head On Motor Vehicle Crash - Rt. 54 ITAO Bayville Shores

At 21:36, we were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash, head on, RT. 54 in the area of Bayville Shores. Command 90, with Asst. Chief Larry Smith went responding at 21:38. Command arrived on scene, and comfirmed head on, 2 patients with no entrapment. Both patients were transported with ALS to local hospitals. While on this scene, there was a departmental crash on the east side of the scene. See Story and Photos
