On October 31, 2006 at 07:41 hrs, we were dispatched to Motor Vehicle Crash Lighthouse Rd & Sand cove Rd. 90-19, Kenny Kinsell arrived @ 07:44 and took Lighthouse Rd Command. Two patients were transported BLS on A90. Command went under control @ 08:00 hrs. Units went returning @ 18:10 Command terminated. 90-8, 90-1, R-90, A-90
