On September 4th, at 07:12 hrs, we were dispatched to a vehicle accident Zion Church Rd. & Johnson Rd. Asst. Chief G. Johnson Sr. arrived @ 07:19 with a two vehicle collision with every one out of the vehicles. Chief A. Johnson arrived on Scene with 90-8 and took Zion Church Rd Command. No patients were transported. Command went under control @ 07:23 hrs. Units went returning @ 07:36 Command terminated. 90-8, 90-1, Rescue-90, Ambulance A-90
