Motor Vehicle Crash - Lighthouse Rd. ITAO Marvin's Market

At 0002, we were dispatched for a MVC, Lighthouse Road, in the area of Marvin's Market. Command 90 with 19, Kenny Kinsell, went responding @ 0007. Initially, due to the reporting person, the 911 center was unsure whether or not this was PD, or PI. Command arrived on scene, and advises the ambulance to come in to do a patient refusal, and went under control at 0010. All units put back in service at 0031.
