MVA w/ Extrication & Fly out - Daisey Road

On June 30, 2006, Chief Andy Johnson came up on an MVC, head on with double entrapment. Chief Johnson called in and requested Sta. 90, and Trooper 2. He also requested Sta. 84 for Rescue and an additional Ambulance. Additional fire police were also requested to shut down Daisey Rd. There were a total of 3 pts, 2 priority 1's, and 1 priority 2. One was a rapid ex and the other 2 were cut out with jaws of life. One was taken to Christiana by Trooper-2
