This part-time position will report to the President and will work closely with the Treasurer. Position will be working with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, data entry, preparing deposits, preparing reports and the like, all using QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Experience – Qualifications:
Experience in bookkeeping and knowledge of accounting required
3 years experience working with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and dependability
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Experience with office functions such as email, faxing and filing
Must be willing to take on new tasks as assigned by the President
Must have availability to work extra hours as needed
Associate Degree or some college a plus
Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience
